I’m Jason Zheng, a system-driven property investor and developer specialising in high-performing HMO conversions in Southeast London. My focus is to deliver reliable, risk-managed projects that protect investor capital while generating strong, predictable returns.
Before entering property, I spent more than a decade in IT, where I learned the value of systems, precision, and risk control. These technical foundations still shape how I operate today—using structured processes, clear data, and disciplined decision-making to minimise risk at every stage of a project. My later experience in business development strengthened my ability to work with people, manage teams, and build scalable operations.
In 2012, I began building automated income systems that provided stable cash flow and allowed me to reinvest confidently into long-term assets. That stability became the foundation for my transition into property, where I now focus on converting residential homes into compliant, high-yield HMOs.
Since 2019, I started to build a growing, multi-million-pound HMO portfolio with an average project value uplift of over 50%.
